FlowPro (“FP”) is a commercial initiative by EXPEDIT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, which takes your privacy seriously. The below outlines our privacy policy that we have committed to in order to protect your personal information. By accessing (the “Web Site”) or other related sites on the FlowPro platform and using the software available on the site, related private individuals, partner companies providing services for FP and their employees (the platform and the services provided by FlowPro on its Web Site are referred to herein as the “Services”), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the privacy policy set forth herein. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions, do not use the Web Site.


The privacy and security of your personal information that we receive and collect from you are important to us. As such, we have set forth certain privacy and security standards intended to safeguard your personal information. This policy covers the privacy practices that apply to the Web Site and the Services of FP worldwide. This policy does not cover the practices of companies that FP does not control, own or work with, or to persons that FP does not employ, contract to or manage.

Personal information is information about you that we collect when you register with FP in connection with accessing the Web Site or providing you with the Services, or when you voluntarily provide such information. Some of the Services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with selected third parties.

  • Credentials such as your Local Network username, FP username, password, security questions and answers.
  • Personally identifiable information such as your name, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, personal interests, miscellaneous information about you and contact information such as your home and work address, ZIP code/postal code, email address, and phone number.
  • Browser information such as your IP address, cookies and recorded information such your browser type, language, transactions, contributed content and the date and time of your activities.

Information use

We may combine personal information collected from you with information from third parties or other companies for providing better user experience and customized services for you.

We may use information for purposes relating to:

  • Customizing the content and information that you see
  • Conducting analyses and research
  • Providing/improving products and services that you’ve requested or that you are most active with
  • Providing anonymous statistics information to internal and external parties
  • Complying with legal processes, subpoenas, court orders, prevent fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services.
  • Enforce the terms of the Privacy rules and the terms and conditions of the Web Site.

In the case FP is acquired by or merged with another company, FP will transfer your information to the acquired or merged company. However, FP will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

You have the right to view or edit your personal information yourself when you are signed into your account. For personal information that may not be accessible via the Web Site, you may still access that information by writing to us by email to and we will contact you within 30 days regarding your request. You also have the right to limit certain personal information from being displayed on your user profile for the public to view. You may limit the information yourself when you are signed into your account. We limit access to your personal information to persons under the employment of, contracted by, or managed under FP who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with your information in order to do their jobs.


FP may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites and software. Because FP may have no control over these sites or software, FP cannot acknowledge or endorse the availability, existence or practice of any privacy policies on these external domains or software. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of these external websites or software before providing your personal information.

Use of cookies

FP use “cookies” to enable you to sign in to the Services. Your session id is stored on the cookie. We recommend not to use the Services from a public access or other untrusted computer.

Third party advertising

Ads may be delivered to you by FP or one of our advertising partners. Our advertising partners may set cookies, which would allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by FP and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Changes to privacy policy

We may occasionally update our privacy policy and respective statement to reflect changes in our Web Site and the Services. When we post changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this statement. Fraud does exist on the Internet. FP will fully cooperate and work with law enforcement to track any fraudulent activity or fraudulent transactions. By entering fraudulent information, the person committing fraud has authorized their ISP to supply FP with whatever information FP needs to pursue and cooperate with a criminal investigation.
